Tik Tok Live Games are currently scuduled every Tuesday and Thursday, and drawings are held after each game. Dates subject to change.
1. Eligibility: This drawing is only open to those who are 21 or older as of date of entry. Anyone 21 or younger needs parental approval. Participating in the drawing entry via email, or opting in to the drawing during a purchase, you agree that you are 21 or older, or have parental approval.
2: Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant ("You") agree to these rules and that the information you provide for eligibility is true and honest.
3. Time Period: An entry email received will go towards the current live game item drawing (or the following game if entry is received after the current game ends).
How to Enter: This drawing must be entered by submitting an email to the following address before or during the live game.

You are allowed 1 entry email per live game. Multiple emails will not count as multiple entries. (Spam email entries may be disqualified from current or future entries).
Entry email Subject should state "Drawing Entry", and the subject should include your Age, Name, and State you will receive the prize item(s) in.
Failure to provide proper information will result in a non-entry.
Prizes: The prizes will change and be random per game. The giveaway will be displayed at or near the start of each game, and the drawing will take place after each game ends.
Winner Selection & Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Ocean's Glow Soap Co. The drawing mechanics may vary per game and can change at our discretion. If you win a prize, you will be notified via the email used to enter the drawing, and you have 5 days to respond from the date the notification is sent, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Terms & Conditions: Ocean's Glow Soap Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond our control currupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the drawing. Ocean's Glow Soap Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tamers or attemps to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Ocean's Glow Soap Co. has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different email and IP addresses, multiple entries from the same user in excess of that allowed by the rules, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means of entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberatly damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Ocean's Glow Soap Co. reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitations of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Ocean's Glow Soap Co. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
