"Oh no! I've shipped my order to the wrong address! Can I get a replacement?"

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct and error free. If you believe there was a mistake with your address input, notify us using the Contact Us page ASAP so that we can attempt to change the address on the shipping label, if at all possible. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped out and in the carriers hand, it is out of our control. If the package is returned to us for being delivered to the wrong address, we can invoice you for shipping and send it out once your address is corrected. 

What if my package arrived damaged or late?

Please use the Contact Us page, and we will do everything we can to make the situation right!

Do you offer wholesale purchases or custom orders?

At this time, we do not have a program or set up in place to take whole sale or custom orders, BUT that does not mean it is not possible. Please message us directly using the Contact Us page, and we will make a case by case decision on wholesale or custom orders. Thank you!

Item's I had in my cart are all of the sudden gone!

With limited quantity items, there may be more than one person who has an item in their cart. If, for example, we have only one (1) lavender soap left, but two people have it in their carts ready for check out, whoever checks out first will get the product, and the other will no longer have it in their cart. However! Please be patient, because we will likely have more restocked soon!

Darn! I missed a sale or an older price! Can I still get that price now?

Unfortunately, once the sale is over or the price has changed, that is final. The price or sale may or may not ever get changed again in the foreseeable future. 

Is the price for 1 item, or all that is pictured?

Unless otherwise stated in the title or description, the prices are per item. There are many products that we will have pictures of multiple items to show more detail of the product(s), but that does not necessarily mean that the product being purchased is for all item's pictured.
